Subscription terms
Appzky Testnet (Testing Network) is a monthly-subscription web app (SaaS): a trading simulator where you test your strategies on live market prices using virtual funds. These terms explain how billing, cancellation and refunds work.
What you pay for
You pay for access to the software. Each plan includes a starting simulation balance of virtual funds. Virtual funds have no cash or other value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or redeemed. No real money is traded, held or deposited.
Free trial
New accounts get a 30-day free trial. No card is needed to start it. When the trial ends, a subscription is required to place new orders.
Billing
- When you subscribe, your card is charged immediately at checkout.
- It is then charged automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
- The price and currency are shown before you pay. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage subscription. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
Access starts as soon as you subscribe, so monthly charges are generally not refundable. We will refund a duplicate or mistaken charge, and we will consider a refund request for a first charge made in error if you contact us within 14 days. Contact [email protected]. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected.
If a payment fails
We retry failed payments for a short period and you can update your card from the Billing page. If the payment still cannot be collected, your subscription ends and creating new orders is paused. You can always sign in, cancel open orders and manage billing, and you can subscribe again at any time.

Appzky Testnet (Testing Network) es una aplicación web por suscripción mensual (SaaS): un simulador de trading donde pruebas tus estrategias con precios de mercado en vivo usando fondos virtuales.
- Qué pagas: el acceso al software. Los fondos virtuales no tienen valor en efectivo ni de otro tipo y no se pueden retirar, transferir ni canjear. No se opera, mantiene ni deposita dinero real.
- Prueba gratis: 30 días sin tarjeta. Al terminar, se requiere una suscripción para crear nuevas órdenes.
- Cobro: al suscribirte se cobra tu tarjeta de inmediato y luego cada mes en la misma fecha hasta que canceles. Pagos procesados por Stripe; no almacenamos tu número de tarjeta.
- Cancelar: en cualquier momento desde Facturación → Administrar suscripción. Conservas el acceso hasta el final del periodo pagado y no se te vuelve a cobrar.
- Reembolsos: el acceso comienza al suscribirte, por lo que los cobros mensuales generalmente no son reembolsables. Reembolsamos cobros duplicados o erróneos y consideramos solicitudes por un primer cobro hecho por error si nos escribes dentro de 14 días a [email protected]. Tus derechos legales no se ven afectados.
- Si falla un pago: reintentamos por un tiempo corto y puedes actualizar tu tarjeta en Facturación. Si no se logra cobrar, la suscripción termina y se pausa la creación de nuevas órdenes; puedes iniciar sesión, cancelar órdenes abiertas y administrar tu facturación.
- Solo simulación: no es asesoría financiera ni de inversión, y los resultados simulados no garantizan resultados reales.
